From Impossible to Possible: A Walk on Mars

Mars is one of the most concerned planets in human exploration of space. Mars has many features similar to Earth, such as mountains, canyons, volcanoes, glaciers, etc., but also has many features different from Earth, such as its red surface, a large number of dry river beds and lakes. The atmosphere of Mars is mainly composed of carbon dioxide, and the atmospheric pressure is only about 1% of that of Earth, and the surface temperature of Mars is also much cooler than that of Earth, with an average temperature of about -63 degrees Celsius.

Mankind has been exploring the mysteries of outer space for centuries. NASA's InSight mission launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base for Mars on May 5, 2018—the first interplanetary launch from the West Coast, which is the first probe in human history dedicated to the study of the internal structure of Mars. Its successful landing marked a great step for mankind.
