Unveiling Carbon Fiber: Exploring its Unique Features

What comes to mind when you think of Sir Isaac Newton?

Isaac Newton was a great scientist who laid the foundation of the classical edifice of physics. Based on the basic concepts, the calculus is established by him. By chance he got a prism, which he used to carry out his famous dispersion test, and discovered that light is made up of a variety of different colors of light. He was an alchemist, and a tenth of Newton's manuscripts that have ever been found are related to alchemy. Meanwhile, he came up with the gold standard and had a huge impact on financial history.

The great discoveries in science are by no means the achievement of a certain person, and they must be through the efforts of many people, based on the accumulation of a lot of results. Newton let the chaotic world be illuminated by the light of science and became the father of science. Under the guidance of scientific masters headed by Newton, science developed rapidly. In the early 1950s, the rapid development of rocket and aerospace technology also gave birth to carbon fiber, known as "black gold".

Still used in rockets and supercars today, carbon fiber is a very sophisticated material. So naturally, we knew it would be perfect for our phones. VERTU’s ‘black gold’ armor creates a phone that is lighter, stronger, and resilient to high temperatures.

Carbon fiber is a lightweight, high-strength material that is composed of carbon atoms bonded together in a crystal alignment. Carbon fiber is known for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, making it incredibly strong and durable while remaining lightweight. VERTU’s‘black gold’armour creates a phone that is lighter, stronger and resilient to high temperatures. In other words, a luxury phone fit for a lunar mission. We like to think that Newton would approve.
