VERTU Concierge: A Mission to Mars

VERTU Concierge: A Mission to Mars

Mankind has been exploring the mysteries of outer space for centuries. NASA’s InSight mission is the first lander to deploy a seismometer on a planetary body in more than 40 years. With a year of seismic data from Mars, discoveries on Mars tectonics and interior structure are just emerging.

NASA's InSight mission launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base for Mars on May 5, 2018—the first interplanetary launch from the West Coast, which is the first probe in human history dedicated to the study of the internal structure of Mars. Its successful landing marked a great step for mankind. It was also the year 2018 that Mr. Tyler, a VERTU member, called his personal assistant and asked for a chance to visit the red planet.

Citizens can’t travel to Mars just yet. But VERTU’S concierge service was still determined to make his dream come true. So his VERTU personal assistant called NASA directly and arranged a very special trip to Mars. At NASA, Tyler experienced a 45-minute simulated walk to Mars and learned about real space adventures during lunch with astronauts. He didn't miss a single detail, from entry to exit.

Through the exploration of space, mankind has not only gained a profound understanding of ancient civilizations and the evolution of the Earth but also explored new hopes and possibilities, encouraging human beings to keep moving forward and explore the secret power of the universe.
