Medical care service is what VERTU cares. Losing lifesaving medicine is a dangerous and frightening experience. Unfortunately, that is what happened to an Iranian customer in July 2005, when he lost his cancer drugs.

The medicine could only be bought abroad but the problem was he had to take it that very night. This meant that time was tight, so he immediately sought the help of his VERTU personal assistant. In addition to the time shortage, the other issue was the heat in Iran. At the time, the country was in scorching heat, with temperatures never dropping below 37°. Yet the cancer drugs had to be refrigerated at 2℃-8℃.

His personal assistant didn’t waste a moment’s time. They contacted colleagues overseas, purchased the drugs and arranged for them to be delivered refrigerated to Iran via a special plane. Miraculously, we completed the task within six hours, meaning our customer didn’t have to go without his essential medicine.
